Refund policy

All Sales Final Due to the handcrafted and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality of every bar we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at titibels@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

Allergic Reactions We strongly encourage all customers to review the full ingredient list before purchasing. We are not able to offer refunds due to allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
