Processing Time All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at titibels@outlook.com. We will work with you to make it right.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!
